Applications are now open for the ASEAN+—EU Summer School 2026, a unique international programme co-organised by STEAR and ASEAN Youth Organization. This five-day immersive experience will bring together emerging leaders from Europe and Southeast Asia to explore the theme of Digital Literacy through interdisciplinary learning, collaboration, and cultural exchange.

Held simultaneously in Bordeaux and Singapore, the Summer School will examine some of today’s most pressing digital challenges, including:

• Artificial intelligence
• Digital governance
• Unequal access to technology

Participants will engage in:

• Expert-led lectures and panel discussions
