Young people are entering a world being reshaped by artificial intelligence, demographic change, climate pressures, and automation. Yet they are often positioned as recipients of these changes rather than as people who can actively shape what comes next.

The Child Safety & AI Fellowship introduces participants to anticipatory leadership and futures thinking as practical tools for engaging with complex and uncertain futures, through their application to the specific topic of AI and Child Safety.

Key Information:

• Eligibility: Ages 18–30, from anywhere in the world.
• Cohort Size: 7–9 participants for deep, discussion-based learning.
• Schedule: Seven weekly 1.5-hour sessions starting Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM CEST.
• Format: Highly interactive (e.g., story circles) rather than lecture-based. Expect short readings/videos before each session.
• The Work: You will learn to identify trends, map systems, build future scenarios, and design concrete actions. The program culminates in a collaborative model-UN-style activity which will occur during the final session.
• Partners: This event is organised in partnership with the Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF), as part of the ASEFYLS Capacity Training 2026.
