**Young Leaders Programme: Regional Cooperation and Next-Generation Solutions **

The South China Sea International Conference, hosted by Vietnam's Diplomatic Academy, is a premier annual regional forum on maritime security, bringing together leading scholars, practitioners, and policymakers.

Its Young Leaders Programme gives emerging leaders a chance to engage with South China Sea issues, network with experts, and join the Conference's sessions. Participants in the 18th edition will present policy pitches at a dedicated Special Session and take part in side events for deeper exchanges with speakers.

✅ Eligibility

• People aged between 20 and 35 (at the start of the programme)
• Candidates must be able to use English fluently
• Background knowledge in political science, international relations, international law, and other social sciences.
• Demonstrated commitment to maritime security and related issues.
• A total of eight Young Leaders will be chosen from the candidates to attend the Conference
