📣You can now apply to join the Youth Delegation of the World Forum for Democracy!

This year’s edition will take place in Strasbourg, 2-3 November 2026, under the title “Rupture or Renewal? Democratic Security for Our Future” as part of the New Democratic Pact for Europe.

Selected participants will start to connect and prepare for the Forum in September, and engage with fellow young leaders at the European Youth Centre Strasbourg between 30 October and 5 November 2026.

✅ Eligibility

• Aged 18-30
• Able to work autonomously in English
• Available for the full activity: online prep (Sept–Oct 2026), delegation training (31 Oct–1 Nov), World Forum for Democracy (2-3 Nov), and Youth Day (4 Nov 2026)
• Represents a youth organisation/movement working on democracy, youth participation, or innovative democratic practices
• Able to follow up on Forum outcomes within their organisation/community
• Asset: prior involvement with Council of Europe youth sector on democratic participation (e.g., Youth Department, EYF grantees, New Democratic Pact for Europe contributors)
